It’s been a while since I got the right technician to take care of my microwave the young man, Joseph from Sears home repair. I think I’m saying it right know exactly what to do. Very professional took his time. No exactly what part he needed. Ordered them came back. Repaired my microwave with no problem. Such a very respectable young man we need more like that thank you Sears for a very professional employee. That knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s a good one. You better hold onto him. not many like that nowadays some just wanna come in and half do the work and get paid. That’s what happened to me in the beginning until I got The right person to do the job Thank you so much sears 🙏🙏🙏
