Technician was exceptional. My problem is with your systems. The end user experience is one of the worst I have experienced. Your systems people and management professionals apparently are disconnected from the inoperability of your scheduling system. It's really dysfunctional.

This company is great. I got notice via email what time the tech would be coming. Then the tech called me to update the time. The tech, Israel, was very courteous and knowledgeable about the repair. It was a great experience.
