My A/C is leaking about 1gallon of condensation onto the floor (not the drain pan) every 24 hours and not blowing cold air. Which start suddenly. The technician came out took pictures and left in under 40 minutes. The technician did not test or service anything on the A/C. Not to mention that the original appointment was rescheduled by Sears last minute (5pm on the day of the appointment). Probably not a big deal but it is August in Louisiana and they rescheduled the appointment 2 weeks later. Never again will I use Sears and if you want my opinion, I would find another company.

Purchased windows from Sears on 2018. When contacting Appliance repair we found out that Sears will not be able to fix one window that does not function properly. This due to chapter 11. We were prepared to pay for this job. We are very disappointed and this is one proof of the fact that Sears went down. Very poor customer service. RIP.

Very disappointed - I’ve had this service for years but something has changed with their customer service. Not able to get a service completed. Dead ends snd excuses only. It’s been a bait and switch.

No one showed up at our residence for the 12/26 scheduled appointment. And, our ice maker remains broken. Your company has not communicated to Assurant Warranty Company that your technician has stated that he cannot fix the problem based on previous components replaced. Horrible communication and follow-up by your company.

No one called or showed up. Received a text saying technician was on the way and immediately got another text saying my appointment was rescheduled for 10 days later. I called but of course only reached a bot who said my appointment for after Christmas was confirmed. You know, the appointment I didn’t make! You can’t reach anyone local. Hell, you can’t even reach anyone in the United States If you’re lucky enough to get a live person which is rare. You mostly get bots that give limited choices. Save your money and steer clear of these jokesters!!!! UPDATE: Technician showed up 5 days later. Said he couldn’t find anything wrong and I paid the deductible. Also tipped him $25. He said it was running and no longer alarming. After he left, I looked and the dishwasher wasn’t even turned on. When I started the cycle, it started alarming right away. Took over 30 minutes to get a live person. Of course they want me to take off another day of work. They want to replace the sensor but he’ll have to come out to see what sensor to order. Merry Christmas everyone.

The person never showed up for the appliance repair; however, there is documentation with a signature attached that indicates that the visit was completed. The appointment notes also imply that an appliance was checked and that the repair man was unable to confirm the issue. Sears Home Services utilizes a GPS system to assist its customers with the location of the repairman and it identifies how many stops away the repairman is from a customer’s scheduled appointment. I am challenging Sear’s leadership team to check the GPS system on my repair day and they will see that no one showed up at my house. This has been a horrible process in reference to getting my refrigerator repaired. They have finally decided to take action and do the correct thing by agreeing to replace my appliance. I am yet to receive the appliance but I have a tentative deliver date. This has been a horrible experience and I will not be shopping at Sears again.
