Unbelievably service. Very polite and knowledgeable. Took great care with his surroundings. Michael has now been here twice and I would recommend Sears service 100%.

Our ice maker stopped working & we had saved the old ice maker. We put the old maker back in the freezer & it started working. When the technician came he would not replace the old ice maker with a new one. He said we have bad water. We have had this refrigerator freezer since 2019. I have a service agreement on it so I don’t understand why I couldn’t have a new ice maker to replace the old one. A new technician came today (Michael), he installed a new ice maker for us. That is all I wanted when I called to ask for one. Thank you Michael

Daniel was very thorough in finding the problem with my dishwasher and cleaning up behind itself which was a blessing the only problem I had was the fact that it said my window was from 8:00 to 12:00 and I didn't receive a phone call or a text saying that it would be 3:30 before his arrival

The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes, and had the problem resolved by half an hour’s time. If I encounter any issues with my appliances in the future, I know what number to call to get it fixed ASAP. Thank you for the fantastic service.

Darrell showed up on time and got right to work. He was friendly, professional and found the issue immediately. We were very impressed with his work ethic. Once he was finished, he cleaned up and was on his way. I appreciate the fact that he didn't waste time, informed me of what needed to be done and what he needed to do, kept to his work and was respectful in our home. I definitely recommend this company if you want a repair done quickly and correctly.

Was kind, Clean and very thorough. Mr Michael came in and did his job with excellence! Understood the work he was doing and was able To fix one of the jobs immediately! The other one need parts but he knew exactly what they need.
