I had called and set up appointment for service on a new washer. Purchased in June , delivered in July and installed in new house at the end of October. Still not used when I called due to loud thumping on spin cycle. I called to confirmed parts were received and set up appointment . I sat two days waiting on someone to arrive. No calls, text or emails received. The personnel scheduling appointment was very nice and thought they were being nice. Service LACKING big time.. I had someone else fix the problem instead of waiting again.
