My Technician Johnny has been fabulous and easy to work with while at my home. However, my experience with scheduling and inability to talk to a real person has been terrible. My refrigerator has had a new compressor, new evaporator, and now a new condenser has been ordered. Because I can't talk to a human it has been difficult to explain that this is the same claim and the AI wants to charge me an evaluation fee every time. I have had multiple times where no one has showed up for the appointments or they are rescheduled at the last second. I am now at 2 months without refrigerator and it is still not fixed or replaced.

Technician seemed to know what he was doing. But, since he finished yesterday at approximately 3pm, my dual ice maker has now produced any ice. So. I’m not happy.

Tech came in and said the power outlet was only showing 120 volts. He then charged me $119 and left. I tested the power outlet and it returned 240. Feeling like I have been ripped off. Tried to call and talk to a supervisor and could not get past the AI. Do not recommend at all.
