Russ was very professional, polite, and competent. He took care of our repair efficiently. After Russ completed the repair he cleaned up after himself so our home was left clean. I would highly recommend Russ as a technician.

Russ was terrific. When I explained the issues I was having with my oven, he knew immediately what the problem probably was and checked it out. He was correct, ordered the part and came the next week to install. I couldn't ask for better service.
