Russ came to fix my samsung washer. My washer would not turn on most of the time and then it wouldnt change settings and my washer isnt even 4 years old. He came back on four different occasions due to everything not being fix that was wrong. Now my washer works great like it was brand new again. My extended warranty paid for all if the parts and labor so i had no out of pocket costs.
