The Service Tech was exceptionally knowledgeable about the appliance and easily returned it to operation. The issue appears to be more on the design side that the operation of the machine, He reported it in as such. We'll need to see if the same condition comes back, then hope for a redesigned part.

My experience with Sears repair has been positive. They seemed to do the work well. The only concern I had was when he left I asked for a receipt for the work done and to have a record that a check up was done on my washing machine and he told me he would send it to me on email and I still have not received my receipt.

Enjoyable. The service representative was quite amiable and helpful. He went out of his way to avoid further delay in providing the necessary replacement part for which I was most appreciative.
