DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! They owe me for refund of a wrong part that they installed and been 3 weeks no refund yet, every time i call i get a rep. In the Philippines and they refuse to give the refund and they want you to find the tech yourself and deal wih him directly.

Scamers they have nothing to do with sears. They guess what part needs to be changed. Took them over 2 weeks to fix an appliance. They charged me for a part that was not broken then they ordered the right part and they told me i have credit coming back and still no credit. I called and got the run around and they want ME to find the technician that they sent and ask him about my credit. Do NO USE THEM.

The technician, Damien, was nevwr here so i cant evaluate him. But i did recieve a atatement with a signature that was not mine. How can i reveive a statement with a signature. When he never showed up or called or texted. Very dissapionting

This last tech they sent out didn’t know how to do the job i was left waiting more time because the original guy had to come back out since he actually knows what he is doing. He also put a scratch on the door of my refrigerator I am not happy about! Sears needs to call me about fixing this. He did resolve the washing machine parts but then left tar all over my washing machine from being careless during his work. I’m not happy with the service he did . I had already cleaned the tar glue off the washer before this review or else i would have submitted photos of that too. Damien never showed up today to fix my refrigerator that’s been on their call list since MARCH!!!!

This isn't a reflection on Kenneth. I do not agree with Sears policy of charging for a service fee if they are unable to do the job. Tech said they are unable to order the part needed to repair my dryer but I still had to pay $139

This guy quoted me 1,146$ which is more than I paid for the refrigerator 10 years ago! The first thing he said was that the ice maker had failed! How did it fail when there has never been a water line ran to the ice maker in the past 10 years it’s been here? This was a total waste of money and my time! This service was a scam !

Had an appointment on Oct. 11, 2023. No correspondence and no one showed up, no communication. Called and cannot get through to anyone. Left a message to reschedule after I waited all day. Rescheduled for Oct. 13, 2023. Got correspondence and the technician communicated and showed up. Did a good job and was very courteous and professional. Customer service is terrible.
