Tech was very good but didn't call at 8am when service was scheduled. I had to complain at noon when I hadn't heard from tech between 8 and noon. Thinking about eliminating Cinch Service.

Technician Eric R. is great! Always efficient. He makes dealing with Sears tolerable. Sears is terrible at overscheduling and canceling appointments, after having customers wait an 8 hour appointment window (ie, window is 8a-5p and appointment isn't canceled until 5:02p).

Quick repair in installing my dryers motor. Technicians just need a better hygiene especially since they’re going inside peoples houses.

Luis was very nice but also did not dig into the unit to find out what was actually wrong with it. I received the diagnosis and a $740 estimate for a part replacement that I know was not an issue. I declined the service paid the diagnosis. I took apart the unit and found out the lines were dirty. A little cleaning and we were up and running. I like honesty not guessing. Wasted $130 for nothing

The experience was great from the beginning to the end from the standpoint of service. Where I feel the fail was, or better the "CRIME", I needed a part for my oven that was $67, and "installation" that took all of 6 minutes... was $312!!!! My total expense to replace the bottom element in my oven was $388! Service/Technician FIVE STARS LABOR CHARGE OF $312 for installation.... ROBBERY!!! Bottom line.... my LAST SEARS HOME SERVICE USE after 23 years of ONLY USING SEARS!

Damien had opened the dryer , removed the drum and attempted to replace the belt, but it was popping up. He called Choice Home Warranty and updated them it was physically damaged, and he could not repair. Choice send an email saying that the unit was physically damaged so they cannot reimburse me any compensation. I called Damien several times and left voice messages, to find out what he had reported to Choice. But he never returned my calls.We have never touched the dryer, he is the one who opened it, and since could not fix, he reported physically damaged. There is no way we can physically damage. I did not like his responsiveness.

The service today was was OK, but leading up to the service that I received today. I had 2 appointments where no repair person showed.This was an inconvenience because I had to spend numerous hours on the phone trying to rectify the situation for 2 no-shows on the third attempt, an agent did show and did fix the situation.

The service person was prompt and professional. However I'm very displeased with the overall customer service. I originally had a service date of 10/6/2023. Since the stated time was "8 am to 5 pm" I had to take the day off work. Around 3 pm I received notifications that my technician was 3 stops away with an approximate arrival of 5:45. A wasted day but fine....as long as it gets done. Well needless to say, around 4:30 I received notice (by email) that my appointment was rescheduled for 10/13/2023....NOT EVEN THE COURTESY OF A PHONE CALL. AND I wasn't even consulted on the replacement date! An entire week later!! Not very customer focused
