I wanted to leave 0 stars. Such a scam! Gave us a window of 1p-5p. Received and update that the tech was set to arrive by 140pm. Well, never happened. The tech “supposedly” arrived at 543pm and didn’t even ring the bell. Just sent a text message saying “no one was home”. Absolutely ridiculous! Do NOT use this company. They do not have a direct phone number to contact. SCAM!

Sears wanted 2,,100 iwent out and bought a20.00 fan and installed it myself. Fridge works fine .never hire them again.

I scheduled maintenance twice and both times the technician never showed up. The second time they rescheduled me without ever talking to me. There is no way to talk to a human as the phone prompts are all AI. They are absolutely horrible

No show. No call today. Going on TWO WEEKS to repair a furnace blower motor problem. I am NOT a happy customer, and your AI system sucks SO BAD. I've sat home from 8:00-5:00 on FOUR day?

Stood me up! A nightmare....Tech came out today on August 6th to install the AC compressor ordered on July 23rd! Tech said that the parts dept VRS would not approve installation and tech left me with a broken AC! WOW was shocked! Sooo Hard to believe! Will now be In the process of suing Sears Home Services for contract breach of my Sears Protect Whole Home Warranty agreement and consumer fraud for damages! As a result, I had to cancel my family party that was suppose to be held this weekend due to No AC and 100 degree temps!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is the absolute worst!!! I've spent $900 in parts and labor and still do not have a working refrigerator. They have a 30 day warranty on their labor and a new technician came out and said that the first one who replaced the compressor, botched the job and it needed to be done all over again. Spent another $200 in parts about 3 weeks ago and have had one appointment after another canceled by Sears after sitting around all day waiting for a technician to show up. At this point, this feels like absolute fraud and I will be fighting these charges with my credit card company. It's such a joke. And the worst part is, it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human at this company. So you cannot even ask for a refund, find out when anyone may show up, NOTHING!!! Do not ever hire this company for repairs. I wish I had done a simple Google search of them before I did. There are so many negative reviews and angry people out there who have also been scammed by this company. UPDATE: Even after receiving the reply below and talking to an executive on the phone, today I sit, waiting for a technician to arrive. I was told they would be here in the morning and it's now 2PM and no updates. Will Roberto come? Only time will tell. But considering this is a 2-3 hour job, I'm not feeling hopeful. I was assured that this executive would see this through but in true Sears fashion, she has ghosted me as well.

We ran the dishwasher three times and it is now leaking more than it did before!

They didn't come never recieved one call or 1 text was told they would text before as I have a medical condition and needed after 1 they said they came at around 9 but no one was home
