WASHER NOT REPAIRED

after 5 repair visits freezer not fixed and now frig is not fixed also it wont go colder than 44 degrees freezer set at 6 degrees but holds around 18 to 20 send a more qualified repair man or give me new frig !!!!!!!!!now 6 visits temp is 70 after compressor installed i want refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The problem isn’t the technician, but the dryer isn’t working.

I had Sears protection agreement on my refrigerator, it took sears 7 weeks to fix it, between scheduling and rescheduling installing parts the wrong way. After a lot of phone calls and the push around and yelling, finally somebody knows what he is doing. Tech Luis came in on Saturday and fix the fridge, Luis was the most accurate and reliable one out of all of them. I am really disappointed at Sears and the services they are offering these days.

We received a quote for $900 to repair my freezer. What a joke, I can buy a new fridge for a couple bucks more. Big mistake using Sears. Not the Sears I grew up with….

This is a rip-off. I paid $139.00 for the repair man to come to my house to tell me that he could not replace my ice maker drain hose which is leaking at the clamp attachment bib inside the machine.He said it is not a part of the ice maker and he didn't have the hose. He said I needed to call a plumber. Nice, pleasant guy, but what a rip-off.
