Andrew did great! I was a little disappointed that it took so long to get a repair person. It took 2 weeks, then canceled for another 8 days, then postponed another 2 days.

I was not able to be there during my repair. But it was a third appointment due to not showing up on the second appointment with no text telling me he would not be coming

The tech that was sent was professional & courteous. I was not impressed however with the call center as we did not receive a phone call telling us the tech was on his way (almost making us miss the appointment). The app showing us how many service calls were ahead of us was inaccurate & the ETA was also incorrect. We were told the tech would be there between 8-5 but according to the app, he was to be at our home around 5 AM!

The service provided by Derek S. was good. Dealing with Sears to get an appointment was horrible. Several canceled appointments and not being able to talk with someone is very unacceptable. I don't plan on buying anything from Sears again!
