Technician arrived on time and determined the issue with furnace was the thermostat. He appeared to have some difficulty with wiring, then said he needed to go to a store. Came back and installed a (cheap) round thermostat in place of a previous rectangular one. As you can see, the new thermostat does not come close to matching the footprint of the old one and now we are left with gaping holes and will have to replace it with something more appropriate! Disappointing. Also, this basic service required two hours to complete. This was January 20, 2024. UPDATE (2/17/24): Previous issue began recurring about a week ago. Gilberto arrived as scheduled. As we'd previously suggested, he determined the flame sensor was bad. Replaced sensor (very easy if you know what you're doing) in about 10 minutes. Very happy we have a home warranty. Callbacks for the same issue are no charge to homeowner, just inconvenient.

Service men from Seats came and were unwilling to look at the cause of the original concern because they had only come to replace a motor. They turned off my motor and left me with no heat. Horrible attitude and unhelpful.

Technician was really rude and stated he wasn't going to work on my claim until payment was submitted. I've had others come out before him and they always did the work before asking for payment. I wouldn't have cared about submitting payment prior to the work being complete but his tone and attitude was very unnecessary.

Technician used metal tape and zip tie to fix leak because a part is no longer available and charged more than $200. This seems excessive.
