He was amazing 👏 right from the moment he said hello. He very professionally went in right to work. He explained to me the issue of the refrigerator and proceed to work on it to repair it. Dallas showed up around 2:00. I had a Cabrio by Whirlpool, and he said there were so many things wrong with it, he didn't think the warranty company would sign off on the parts. It took him about 15 minutes to diagnose the problems, he said he could order the parts and fix it, but, 'Select Home Warranty' probably would not authorize repair. He was correct, he's been doing it for a while now. So we shall see what 'Select' offers, because there were things guaranteed when we purchased the warranty. I have nothing against the repair company, these guys were awesome. I would definitely recommend Sears appliance repair.
