Wonderful tech. Showed him my video of my washer and he knew exactly what the problem was. He was here for less than a half hour and everything was fixed. The problem was two screws got loose and were going around the drum of the washer. Very smart and professional. I believe his name was Joe.

Oscar was here again. He's a great guy polite and professional. BUT Oscar can't resolve this washers problems. No one can. I've had so many technicians, parts replaced, washer balanced and it still isn't working properly. Still isn't rinsing out soap- no I don't put too much soap in the washer. I think it's been serviced 7 times since purchasing it new on October 26 2022. This washer is a lemon. One would think it'd be replaced after so many problems. Highly doubt that. Guess I'll just call again for service and spend a day waiting for a technician to come over- who won't be able to resolve the problems. Not the technicians fault. I actually feel bad for them. NEVER BUY A MAYTAG FRONT LOADER WASHER!
