The technician was neat and assessed the situation in a timely manner, of course was not able to repair the unit as parts were not available, thus causing us to replace the unit.

After two months, technician Clay determined problem was spin basket was off-balance. Clay ordered replacement basket and Roger installed I want to thank technicians Roger, Adam, and Clay for repairing our washer.

Erik, the technician was the best! However, the parts department has some work to do. My part was ordered, then they told me it was back ordered, then it was cancelled all together. After several calls and unpleasant conversations it miraculously showed up 2 days later after I informed them it had been readily available by several vendors on Amazon. I waited for almost 6 weeks to have this completed.
