Your system is so broken it’s not even funny It took me six weeks to get my dryer fixed. I have no problem waiting but the process was absolutely horrendous In a service request and every day I got a message from AI saying my appointment was changed Then one day I service tech showed up at my door I’m lucky I was home. He didn’t have my phone number so he couldn’t call me is what he said He diagnosed my problem and immediately ordered the parts I needed. He made an appointment for two days later to install those parts The parts came the next day. The day of my appointment I got a message saying of course after I waited from 8 to 5, saying that they have to change my appointment because the parts have it come For the next three weeks that’s exactly. Cancel the appointments, can’t talk to a human human being, Didn’t cancel my appointment but it said I did, changed my appointment over and over again. I will never ever buy a LG product again and I hope to God I never have to use anything from Sears technical repair support awful Now the gentleman who came fantastic skilled, a professional did a quick excellent job.

This company is impossible tonget customer service. You can only deal with their A i assistant Samantha. You get stuck in a phone call that ends up nowhere. My original repair ticket has now turned into a leak and I can't get anyone to show back up. There is no one to call. They left no paperwork. I am stuck with a dishwasher that is 2 years old and leaks now because they didn't replace the door correctly. So frustrating!Jan 1 update. They came on 12/30. My dishwasher is still leaking. They leave no options to report a problem. I told them it starts leaking about 10 minutes in. They waited 5 minutes and said it was fine. I do not recommend Sears service at all! I will have spent 5 days now off work and my dishwasher still isn't fixed.

Cost near the price of a brand new washing machine (2 years old and why I chose to repair). Repairman was present for 15 minutes to install a new panel. He clearly did not run a test cycle after installing the replacement panel, as it cannot complete a load cycle after he left and I tried doing a load of laundry. Now I have very wet laundry and am forced to wait a few days for another service call, there is no way to follow up on the service I just have to make another appointment. He wasn’t even 10 miles from my house when I called to follow up. I am sure they will find a way to make this repair cost more than a brand new washer. This is really poor customer service. Stay away.

If a lessor option for poor customer service was available, I would give a 0 star review. Unfortunately nothing has been pleasant with the nightmare expierence I have had with a local repair service. I placed a service call on 10/28/24, for a bottom unit washer leak. The service tech came, addressed the problem which was a behind panel dislodged hosing unit, and assured me his repair would solve the issue. Less than 4 days later, my washer continued to leak, so I followed up and made an appointment on 11/4/24 and was told a tech would come from 8-12. I had not heard from anyone around 10, so I followed up with dispatch only to be told they had no record of my appointment being made. Fast forward to 11/13/24, I once again rescheduled and was slotted same day from 1-6 pm. My service tech phoned close to 6 to tell me he had a family emergency and would personally reschedule me on his route on 11/18/24 from 8-12. I received a call on my appointment today 15 minutes before 12 to tell me my service tech is no longer on the road and I would need to re schedule. I am currently waiting on a call from management, but please beware of this business as they have now costed me almost three days of wasted vacation.
