Fast, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable!!! Steven was awesome! BUT, Sears home warranty was a huge disappointment!! It took 3 months to get my refrigerator parts!!! The repairman was here Aug 6. In Oct. I was asking for a new fridge. I asked for a replacement and was told to wait one more week for a month. Then I went looking for the part myself, found it and have an operating refrigerator thanks to Steven!! Sears Home Warranty Sucks!
