I had 4 different times set up for repair on my dishwasher no one showed up. Eventually the Protection plan I had purchased from Lowe’s gave me a refund to purchase a new dishwasher. I would sure like to get a response back on this.

Worst ever. I had them come evaluate my dryer, they said that I had the wrong type of hose connected. Which was great and that’s totally fine. However, the diagnostic fee is $129. However just because he told me what type of hose I need to go by so I can install it. He wanted to charge me an extra $50 just because he said that to me. I refused to pay any more than the $129 because he actually didn’t do anything or install anything. He looked at my dryer told me it was the wrong hose and then wanted to charge me even more money! Complete rip off.. wont ever use again.

I will NEVER use them again! They scanned my debit card at the time of service, said it didn’t go through. While contacting my bank to see why, they turned it into collections. Meanwhile, I paid the collection company, and the bank said it had been charged to my account. No money was ever returned, and they were extremely rude.

They suck so much. So they told us it will be over a month t’ll they can come fix our dishwasher and what do we find out when the day they promised to come. They never turned up. They are so hard to reach out to. It seems like they were making up excuses to delay sending someone down here. Never using them again

I have for many decades bought and enjoyed Kenmore and craftsman products and I continue to do so. When my Kenmore washing machine began leaving a puddle on the utility room floor, I called the sears repair listed here in Bonneville County Idaho near near Idaho Falls. . It turned out to be a complete fiasco. The technician who showed up to make the repair explain to me that if I were to sign up for Sears warning services, the service call would be eliminated. I decided that that was in my best interest and had him schedule repairs. They sent another technician to make the repair. He damage the tub in my washing machine actually cracked it. He ordered a new tun and told me that I would be put in at Sears expense. It had nothing to do with the original leak. We waited for weeks for the repair tub to come. It didn't come and finally one was salvaged from a salvage yard in Blackfoot to make the repair in my machine. The repair was facilitated and the repairman left and when I ran the first batch of clothes in my newly repaired machine it ran all over the floor. I complained and the tech was sent back but that I had the same problem after he left the second time. I finally called a local repair service called Mr. Appliance. I would suggest to anyone who might want to save some money and get the job done right the first time to call mr. Appliance.. don't call sears appliance repair. I paid $769.02 and it leaked much worse when I .finally gave up on Sears and had Mr. Appliance fix it in 4 days and charged me $418.33. it has worked perfectly every since. It hasn't left a single drop of water on the utility room floor. Save yourself time and money, call Mr. Appliance not Sears warranty service if you live near Idaho Falls. J.R. Hayes
