New Air Conditioner
We had a new air conditioner added to our existing furnace, which did not have air conditioning. The installers did a very nice job putting the unit into the furnace & installing the unit outside. It took them the entire day, as they ran into a few complications, like the thickness of the walls in our 100+ year old home. Everything has been functioning well. There was an issue with the furnace afterwards, when the motor to the blower ceased to work. But that seemed to have nothing to do with the new air conditioner unit.

New Furnace. They completed the job in less than four hours and it is working great. The only problem I had was they stained my carpet with grease.

Exterior Doors
Communication prior to project completion was very poor. Installation - Project lead forgot to order work permit, causing installation to be postponed to later date. Installation crew were good, however, placed boxed door on top of flowers in garden. Also left behind trash which they had to return and retrieve. Quality of doors is fine, but basement exterior door does not fit quite right so we have to play with it to get the deadbolt to lock properly. We have also noticed areas on storms which allow for air leakage.
