The service was good but the time of arrival was terrible. I wasted the whole day. The technician arrived AFTER the 8a - 5p window. And I didn’t get a time up date until 3:50p, when I was about to phone them

Once they got here it was great, but being cancelled at the last minute on the 15th and not rescheduled until the 28th negatively impacted my opinion. My tech was superb!

Unfortunately we cannot leave negative stars here cuz their “services” really were that bad, as detailed by other reviews We requested their service to fix our dishwasher early 2025. The tech guy came in to diagnose the issue and said we needed to buy a new drain pump, and we agreed to pay the diagnostic fee and the pump which totaled $524.94. Not only did we never received the ordered “parts”, the tech guy never came back for another scheduled visit (the system kept rescheduling his visit twice in a row and on the same day as the scheduled appointment) We tried to contact their customer service to cancel the service and get a refund but getting in touch with a human was a huge pain due to ai “Samantha”, eventually we reached a live person and they said they would put notes on our case and submit a request for full refund and that we should get an update from the billing team (who also conveniently does not have a phone number for customer to get in touch with them directly). And this is where things are currently for us, we never received any updates from their “billing team” either via msg or emails or phone calls. Every time we called, the reps told us they would put “notes” on our file and escalate the issue and reassure that a supervisor would contact us and that we should get an update (again) in the next 7 business days. We never received any updates from them, no supervisor called us back, and our refund request is still “pending” This is the symbol of a SCAM, remember to never trust what the company said since they only take your hard-earned money from you for non-existent “services”.

Technician never showed up after having an appointment window of 8am to 5pm. When I tried to call there was no way to talk to a real person and I couldn’t get any help. Ended up cancelling the appointment at 5:30pm the day they were supposed to service my dryer.

Truly awful and useless these days. Sears is now owned by something called "Transformco" which, apparently doesn't know what they are doing. Stay far away, because the experienced technicians and customer service you used to get from Sears are long gone.

This Company is an absolute rip off!! Call for washing machine repairs. Tech took my 650.00 for service the same day, said he was ordering parts and would be back to fix as soon as parts came in. Three weeks later he call to tell me that he placed the order for the wrong parts and he needed 650 more to get the right parts. We decided that was too much and decided to cancel service. 1) they couldn’t complete service in a timely manner 2) the tech complained about the company 3) They agreed to give me a refund but still waiting 4) The tech lied and said we got parts from him when didn’t! 5) This happened Dec 9th 2024 and it’s march and I have yet to get my money back! I got no service, no parts and the stole my money! This company is a BIG SCAMMING RIPOFF!! Oh let not forget they told my credit card company Barclays I had their parts when clearly the parts were sent to their Tech how else did we find out the order wasn’t right? Beware!! Beware! Chadniki Flowers Guyton Ga!!

Do not use this company in the Lowcountry! I believe Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Savannah all share the same technicians. First, I had a very unprofessional technician come to fix our fridge. He complained about the company the entire time and told me how much he made, how poorly they treated employees, etc. He had to return a couple weeks later with the part. Waited all day on a Saturday for the company to call at 2pm saying he was no longer available. Fine. He came back a few days later with the same attitude. He also said "don't call me again. I quit." so clearly had no investment in fixing our fridge or caring about his quality of work. Our fridge is acting the exact same and not fixed. We worked with customer service to get another person out here for free (thankfully). Today was the day of service scheduled from 8am-5pm. I called at 11am to see if they had any more of a narrowed time frame. Instead, customer service said “looks like the technician is not available” ALSO “there is no available time in the future for a technician right now”. I cancelled the entire service and hope to get a $500 refund for the previous, unhelpful visits.

My experience with Sears was / is horrible!!!!! They stole my money by saying they rendered service!!! They lied and took my money. I am a senior citizen and for some reason they feel as though they can take my money. Capital One believed there lie. At first they were willing to refund my money $462. But later changed the story! I had no reason to believe that a Sears repair person would lie and say that he repaired my washer. He wasn’t in the house 5 minutes. He asked what is going on with it. I turn it on and when he heard the noise he said it is the motor. He said that the bill is to be paid now so I paid with my Capital One card. How can this scam be legal. Sears is doing criminal activities by saying a service was rendered WHEN IT WAS NEVER DONE. The guy said he would return in a few days. He then called and said that the motor was left in his truck and he would come the following day! But he lied never came. The computer kept telling me that I was rescheduling which was a lie. After weeks of going to a laundromat was not fair! I then had to buy a new washer over $500 unnecessarily if they had come to fix my washer!!! Don’t trust Sears they are ripping people off. My name is Mrs. Killingsworth and I want the world to know that they are not willing to rectify this issue!!! I will continue to post the robbing of senior citizens. I have also contacted BBB.
