The technician was the best. Even when I was questioning him a lot. He reensured and recheck lines and explained what I was seeing to me. I appreciate his patience and professionalism. 5 star rating. 10 out of 10.

Sears could not get the part shipped to me because their AI system put in the wrong city and zip. The dianosis was also wrong as I ordered the part they said was defective and it did not fix the stove. Lousy service company.

No one ever came to the appointment, instead they sent a bill of $160, will not be paying it, then he hung up the phone before I could finish questioning him.

Horrible experience,The technician was very nice. When I scheduled the appointment I told the representative what was wrong with my washer. He told me the tech would have the parts and if I chose to have it repaired I would not be charged for a service fee only the repairs. Tech came out looked at it charged me 129.00. Then made me aware he had to order the part and that I would be charged an extra fee because he would need a helper. Not to mention I found out this morning I couldn't pay the tech cash only credit card. Which I was not made aware of when I scheduled the appointment. I am totally disappointed. I basically just gave away my money.

Wrong diagnostic on my refrigerator and technician closed out the request preventing me from getting $129 diagnostic fee credited towards the repair fee. Had to get another company to come out and take a look at the refrigerator. Sears technician only came checked refrigerator temp and made a diagnosis without truly checking the refrigerator. It’s disappointing that they charge such fee and don’t even make an effort to properly diagnose.
