John was amazing. He made my day by telling me I had a bad thermostat. Reason I was happy was the last company tried to stiff me and told me that I had a bad air handler and wanted to charge me a whole lot of $$$. John said my air handler looked very nice and I was very pleased. Thank you John. Way to go!!!

They were a 5. Very polite. Listened to what we were saying about the appliance. Didn't take them very long to figure the problem out and get the part switched out.
