Technician Magdy is outstanding. He is always willing to talk to the customer and give me helpful hints and suggestions on proper usage and care of my appliances. I really appreciate that. I've had maintenance agreements for decades and have never received such personal attention as he gives. He actually cares. I'm happy to say, that, when I open the door and its him. I know when he leaves, I will be up and running. Hes on time and never cancels.

The technician was very pleasant, professional, and courteous He checked the five appliances on my contract. I hope the same technician comes back in May 2018 for my maintenance check up .
