Technician was pleasant and knowledgable contacting Sears is a nightmare. Communication gets a zero from me. They don’t answer the phone if they do it’s a virtual call. I waited 30 minutes for someone to answer. I finally hung up. Sears needs to improve communication with customers not virtual or not chat.
