Our refrigerator was leaking all over the kitchen floor when I got up in the morning. It's only four years OLD so I was freaked out! It took 12 bath towels at a time to soak up the water so I was running from the kitchen to the garage to wash and dry them all day and into the night. We called Sears - our old standby! My brother-in-law worked for Sears in Atlanta forever (30 or 32 years before he retired) so that was my first and only choice! Wayne got to our house on time and had everything back to normal ASAP. He was so polite and kind and assured us he could handle our problems in no time. He was right!!! Before we knew it Wayne had everything repaired and was packing up to go to the next customer! Thank you Wayne and thank you Sears! Wayne turned a TERRIBLE SITUATION for us into smiles all around for my family! Elaine te Meij, Orlando, FL
