Technician came out fast and on time to repair garage door. Was very knowledgeable and worked quickly.

The gentleman serviced 5 appliances for my 84 year old father. He was patient and understanding in regard to the questions my father had. He really checked and cleaned everything. I was grateful for his time and his service. It only cost $199.

Pedrola fixed my washer that was not draining. He arrived as expected. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained what was wrong. He showed me the old part. He tested the repair to make sure it worked. The price was reasonable, especially since I had signed up for Sears monthly home service. I hope when my machine breaks down again, Pedrola is available for the repair. I would definately hire him again.

I have to say if I could give him 10 Stars I would from start to finish the service was excellent I got a call the day before the technician arrived right on time he had all the parts to replace and fix my washer and my dryer did it in a very professional and expedient manner and left everything clean and set up and I am very glad I chose this service Thank you Pedrola

Roger was great. He was the best Sears technician that I ever had . He communicated with me on his ETA . He was on time and was very friendly .. When he arrived at my house he introduced himself and asked if he could come in . He was patient and very informative. He explained everything he was doing and advised me if anything looked wrong. Thank you Roger for such great service.
