They called and told me when they would be arriving and they came in and was done in no time. My refrigerator freezer seems to be working right now and hopefully it'll continue to work. They were very professional and very quick with the repair.

We will NEVER buy another appliance from Sears. We have had the worst experience of our lives with this product. We were told after each visit that we needed a new fridge. I am livid that it has been 3 months at least since the fridge stopped working right.
