Nelson was good, quick, and honest with me! What was horrible Was, for a refrigerator from sears, only about 3 yrs old could not be repaired. They dont make the part. Dont make it!!!! So i think i'm done with sears.

Jerome was very courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. I greatly appreciated his service. But, your customer care needs work. There does not seem to be any interest in ensuring that your jobs/projects are completed efficiently. My situation is that I had two separate claims submitted to my home maintenance company for separate A/C units. Jerome arrived to repair the 1st A/C unit and was able to identify the issue with the 2nd A/C unit immediately. He was here on property, he knew what the issue was with the 2nd unit, but due to your internal process he could not contact Sears to request that the 2nd work order be assign to him, therefore, allowing him to complete the work in one day. Now, it has become necessary for a technician (whether it is Jerome or not) to make another trip on another day and to begin the process all over again, therefore wasting time and energy. No creativity, no flexibility. From a customer's perspective, I think that once a job/project is started, that the technician should be able to complete the job so that there is no need for follow up and you have ensured customer satisfaction. I was a Program Manager for many years and I always had an outcome that ensured customer satisfaction.
