Superb in every way. Charming, articulate, modest about his genuine expertise. Added comment: The Sears system for scheduling repairs is a disaster. We spent the day being informed that the tech would come at 1:something; 3:something, 4:something. Then "He is one his way, due in 20 minutes. This was inaccurate by 45 minutes. This is unprofessional, unlike the technician, who was flawless.

Jarrod was very good and knew what he was doing. In and out in about 30 minutes. My complaint is with Sears and whoever is running the a/c service. If Sears is doing so poorly, sell the division to a company that will not make people wait 3 weeks for an appointment, just because they have a maintainance protection agreement . Stop laying people off. 0 star rating for the people making those decisions.
