Terry and the other service people are great. however the website and the scheduling of service is abysmal. It is hard to reach a person and even when I do, they do not seem able to make changes in orders. Attempts to make a change online in a service order are met with a website error. Sears service center has outsourced too much and put in place fallible software. It is a shame because the service technicians themselves have been excellent.

Gregory did a great job! He found the problem quickly, and had the part with him. Fixed it right away. Gregory went above and beyond because I had an unidentified notice on my fridge, he found out what it was and told me how to remove it. Thank you Gregory for great service!!!
