The fridge was working was never completed. No diagnostic was done. I stopped payment. I tried contacting your office but to no avail. No on return my call. I had to get another company to start the repair service. Sorry I ever call you. I gave a one star for the gut showing up.. but nothing was DONE!!!!!!!

The technician did nothing. Problem not solved. Wanted another appointment but AI couldn’t understand the situation and so my freezer is still not repaired.

Technician was great better than Customer Service Bad experience Given 7/1 8am to 12 noon changed to 6/30 same time; text message acknowledged change another text came asking to confirm 6/30 app’t did, day prior to visit confirmed day date and time on 6/30 . Waited over 3 hours finally called customer service and they told me appointment was for 7/1 told person forger what is on ur screen I’m telling you that my is for 6/30.Got so disgusted and frustrated I hung up. At 1:45P knock on my back door it’s the technician fixed the issue and reiterated to me that there has been issues with scheduling and customer satisfaction all….NEGATIVE!!!!

Technician could not speak English. Quoted us almost $600 to replace an igniter on an oven. I ordered the part and did it myself for nowhere near that cost. What a waste of $99 to have them come out. Go elsewhere. They’re not trustworthy and will take advantage of you.

We purchased a home warranty that seemed like a great idea. It was a colossal failure. The only thing they did well was take out payment. DO NOT PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE WARRANTY.

The tech that has come, Jacob has been nothing but helpful, the company itself sucks. I have been without a machine since the beginning of March and have called over 20 times. Nobody has a clue. I have a warranty agreement I pay for and think by now it would be fixed or replaced. I was told parts were no longer available multiple times, I was also told I would get a replacement machine multiple times. Then told a tech needs to come out again. Every time I call back they can’t find my info and have waited on hold for hours. They tell me I will hear back in 3-5 days and never hear back. This company is the worst. To top it off they asked for my info so they can reach out to me a week ago and they have not, poor, poor, poor customer service. Machine is still not working and no one has an update for me.
