Excellent service by Edward C.! We had an issue with our old Kenmore dryer (we had been using it for 10 years) and the technician fixed it in less than hour. No extra charge, just the diagnostic fees. He even gave us tips on why our clothes didn't dry out in our new GE dryer (I would not recommend GE dryer.) It was quick and easy to book the appointment online. I would recommend Sears services and Edward C. As the technician.

Dryer sounding like a locomotive! Scheduled a service appt online, fast and easy on the app. Tech arrived on time, polite and professional. Found the problem quickly and resolved just as quickly for a reasonable price. Have had appliance repair service from Sears Services many times, always a positive experience, don’t need to ever call anyone else!
