Paul, the Sears Appliance service technician, did an outstanding job of troubleshooting and diagnosing the problem with our Kenmore refrigerator. When the incorrect replacement part (circuit board) was shipped to our house, Paul went out of his way to get the correct part to our residence in a timely manner so that he didn't have to reschedule the repair. As such, the repair was made in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you, Paul, for your excellent customer service! My only complaint with your service is the lengthy time that it took from the diagnostic service call to the actual repair work. We were without our refrigerator for approximately 2.5 weeks!

first two repair visits for a long running getting worse washer problem frustrated me to no end. A very experienced Lead Mentor Tech Roger was sent for the 3rd repair visit. He pinpointed the problem right away, ordered parts for it and problem was resolved when he installed the parts.

Really easy to get an appointment, and parts came quickly. Very friendly staff fixed my issue quickly and effectively. Pretty fair pricing. It would have been nice if the staff was a bit more knowledgeable about my refrigerator's age and likelihood of replacement when discussing if I should make the repairs. Seems like a good opportunity for Sears to sell a new refrigerator.

The repairman was nice, althand as usual our microwave gets temporarily repaired since there is so much rust, which isn't covered. One annoying thing is that we were scheduled for the week prior, made arrangements to have someone st the house and then Sears just moved us to the next week. Never got to speak to a human about this and fortunately we were able to make it work. Not overly impressed with sears repair and there are some nice repairman but some very cranky ones too. We have had both!!
