Your technician Michael was excellent. He did the job and was professional. However, your service as far as getting a technician out to my home is next to impossible. I have been calling sears to get a repairman to fix my dryer from May 30, all the way to June 24. The part was ordered twice. It didn't arrive the first time and when it did I notified Sears as instructed. But they never updated their records. So all this time, they kept saying they're waiting for a part, and I called for a whole week straight to get that message across. I requested multiple times for a supervisor and they never gave me a supervisor. Finally, a supervisor called on the day that they said they couldn't call but I didn't get to talk to him because I was not available to answer the phone. I called American Home shield to complain and I requested never to send another Sears employee repairman to my home again. I will not let them work on my appliances anymore. I give Sears -1 for customer service. I had several doctor's appointments, employment appointments that I had to juggle around to accommodate Sears screw up when they stood me up multiple times. I have spoken to 2 people in my circle of friends and both agreed that Sears gives bad service as well. So this is not something new.
