I don't like leaving reviews but, the Sears repair technician was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed out the problem with my AC unit and handled it the same day, and just in time because we have many triple digit days ahead.

Your technician, Rob, explained what he surmised as to what the problem might be. He proceeded to troubleshoot the system and discovered the potential issue. He refilled the refrigerant and therein was the fix to our concern. He thoroughly examined the unit and related to us what he had done. The home temperature seems to have stableized and the unit isn't running constantly. We're happy with the work completed.
