Sears service is a scam. I gave an accurate description of a dryer issue, cycle's timing required resetting. Sears service intake employee noted this description. Then she suggested the washer having a service maintenance. The service maintenance entailed changing a filters any other adjustments needed. What's the service tech arrived he did no more than push buttons repeatedly. When inquiring about what could be done regarding the dryer issue he simply stated it would cost over $600. When inquiring about the washer maintenance rechanging of the filters or making sure it did not require any tune-ups he simply said oh it's running fine. He was at my home no more than 10 to 15 minutes pushing buttons neither appliance was pulled from the wall there was no looking inside behind either appliance. The charge was $189 for him to push buttons. My recommendation is not to schedule any appliance appointments with Sears service.

The technician never arrived. The first time they gave was 8:35am and then kept on changing every couple of hours and the last time gave was 6:38 pm. After that he never arrived and I get email that technical has provided the service. Called 3 times but no resolution. If I could give 0 stars I would

Technician did not show up after changing the ETA multiple times. Called to say he won’t show up and closed the case. Sears home services has done this multiple times now on different occasions.

Can't find it. Drove around the whole circle and could not find the Sears sign. Walk inside the mall, but I couldn't find it, either.

To install and complete the process of installing the timer took an hour, which normally would take fifteen minutes. Now the handle has come off the timer, now I have to call Sears again and set up another schedule to have the handle on the timer. Fix this time.

They waited until the day before to tell me they needed to reschedule me due to their lack of technicians available. This is after they called me twice on 2 different days to confirm my appointment, and texted me confirming their appointment with me. They have a definite problem if they need me to confirm them so many times; then back out last minute. Pretty Unreliable Service so far as I can tell
