The technicians did not want to install the entire new part. He just wanted to take a piece off of the new part and put it on the oven because he said it would be more expensive when the new part had already been purchased and paid. He then had the audacity to ask me if I paid for it. I am a homeowner and yes, I paid for it through my Home warranty.

Tech showed up at a different time than scheduled. Did not listened to input provided, basically did what he wanted. Hopefully the furnace is fixed this time.

He camecin to check my dryer which is the issue why I called sears, then I was asked if I want the technician to take a look at my washer for $50, of which I said ok. The technician came in and did absolutely nothing about my washer. He said my washer is clean and nothing to be done, but said I still have to sign off on the $50 because Sears already had it down as a project for him to do. Reap off. I looked at my washer and I see some area that could have been cleaned out.

No show. We have been waiting for four hours and the truck just drove by the house and when we call you tell us that the tech has closed out the repair. Now I try to call Sears at the number provided and I'm speaking to some guy in India telling me that it could be another 48 hours before we even hear back to re-schedule another no-show appointment. Very unsatisfied with Sears and our insurance provider ARW. Seven days later and we are being told by ARW that they paid Sears repair over $2,000 for the repair that the Sears tech lied about. Next step is to call the California Department of Insurance. So I decided to pay Sears Home Services a visit. Got their address online and I went there. The address is a boarded up (closed) Kmart. This just keeps getting better and better!

I can’t even give him a 1 rating! He was very unprofessional, unorganized with his information and didn’t show up on one of our scheduled days even though acknowledging at one of his prior visits that he would be back the next day to complete the job!

Horrible after the person left the ac stopped working it did not turn back on i called again to let them know and i was told that the day they would come is on the 9th and i cant wait that long we have children under 5 and the heat hear has been in high 90s and 100s we hired another company and they came And checked and this picture was taken he literally did not connect it back properly he just left it out side and because of this matter we want to cancel our membership we will not be paying so much money and not even get the service we deserve.
