It leaks as much now and maybe more. Water is in door shelf. I didn’t see him. He wasn’t here at 12 o’clock. That was the latest he was supposed to be here. I had an appointment at 1:30 in town. He came sometime after one. My husband was here and my husband can’t hear and I don’t know what’s going on they were supposed to send somebody out because I was to get a new refrigerator because this one is just the pits like like they said it’s pure junk and I don’t know what he did or why I got this bill for repairs cause I don’t know anything about repairs. This repairs were two months ago or more. It freezes in the back of the drawer most of the time the door buzzer doesn’t go on the icemaker is very frosty like old ice all the time and some of it leaks down inside they change the icemaker. I’m not know if it’s a used one or what but it isn’t perfect either by a long shot. The only way I can get water is if we take the filter out with the filter in there just dribbles through a little tiny bit with it out at least we can get water so it’s not fixed at all and he should’ve been here so I could’ve talked to him He was supposed to be on his way and be here at 12:40 and I had to leave at 1 o’clock for a meeting. He was not here when I left. I tried to leave notes, but he didn’t leave any information at all so I feel like I’m right back where I was for the 16 cancellations. I’ve been ridiculous. Worse than that. I pay for this service and I’m not getting it at all.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. I spent almost $800 getting my fridge fixed and the part they installed didn’t work. It’s been 2 weeks and they have rescheduled the service three times and they still haven’t showed up. It’s like fraud. They don’t even want to refund the money.

Throw away a perfectly good appliance because the tech says there is a small freon leak in the pipe? Then why would you purposely let freon out? Why toss a major appliance because you can't get a factory part? Why not an after market part? I don't like waste. I have an Amana fridge that is 35 years old freezer on the bottom, still running perfectly. Why are manufacturers building appliances to fail early, on purpose? We are better than that! When I purchased the Kenmore Elite, French doors, the Sears salesman said it was made by Whirlpool. The tech said it was made by LG. I am totally discusted! I will find a refrigerator repair man who can replace the pipe the tech says is leaking. Not happy with the outrageous cost just to look and give bad news that he can't fix it, and also, allowing purposely to let freon eacape! Makes no sense at all!

Ignacio reported that the furnace is working, and he’ll call the technician with Choice warranty to check the duct work and zone control. And I asked him if I have to pay another trade fee, he said no! So, today I called Choice warranty and told them what Ignacio told me since the furnace stopped working after 1 hour and heater is not staying warm. They will try to reach Ignacio!!! He’s not true to his words,

The tech never came to my house. I was home from 1-5 and about 4:35pm, the tech called wanting to know if I had the parts. After explaining that a month ago, he took the wrong parts back to the shop and I had been told parts aren't available for my oven, yet an appointment was made for a guaranteed repair as my oven has not been working since November, 2023. When I signed up with the warranty program, I was told that if my appliance couldn't be fixed, I would get a new one. After many calls to your Customer Service and 4 months later, I still do NOT have a working oven. The tech called customer service and he called me back saying I would hear what options I have in 24-48 hours. I was told last week that I would hear from you about the authorization last Friday morning. I called Customer Service on Saturday about my authorization and was told to call on Monday. I called Monday and was promised that they v would repair my oven today. Since the tech called Customer service, he called me back and said he would not be coming. This was around 4:50 pm. I want to be compensated for the 4 hours I waited. I do NOT call what you offer Service. I better hear from your so-called Authorization Department with the next 24-48 hours, or I will be seeking legal help. Barbara Sherwood

I told the technician that I located the problem. The bleach dispenser needed to be replaced. I looked on line and the part (OEM) was only 35 dollars. I was quoted almost 500 Dollars. 260 for the part and the rest on labor cost. Ridiculous. I'll never call sesrs again.

from 11/4 until now 11/21 our washer has not been fixed. Frank put a big hole in the hose, which made the water leak and flood the floor. the electrical board was installed wrong, it went from not spinning to not working at all. today he installed a new hose, still it is still not working. It is causing us a lot of family problems due to his lack of experience. we are very unhappy with the situation. not good at all. still, as of this night, the washer is not working.
