    The technican was very efficient and found the reason for my drainage problem and cleared it up. He also checked to see if the dishwasher was under waranty.

  5. Better than expected service

    My service guy showed up right at 8:00 despite having a four hour window. Due to an unexpected issue I had to send him away but he actually came back the same day and was there within 10 minutes of calling me. I was very pleased.

  10. A little disappointing

    The repair man was polite and checked my refrigerator thoroughly. His assessment was that the problem was not repairable and suggested that I return and replace the refrigerator which is what I ended up doing. The disappointment came with his diagnosis of the fridge. He basically told me that my fridge was cheap and that because it was cheap it was cheaply made and he suggested that I should upgrade to a better fridge for only $300 or $400 more. I thought he should be carrying the party line and backing all products he was servicing. I bought a machine that I could afford. I don't want someone telling me I bought low-quality merchandise. His visit felt like an on-sight up-sell for a machine I can not afford. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
