This was their second attempt at fixing our problem with our dishwasher This technician seemed much more knowledgeable than the first one. He quickly located the problem and showed us what was causing the problem. It made sense this time. I’m confident the issue has been corrected this time

The service was supposed to be today, July 3 between 8 AM and 12 PM The technician showed up at 3 o’clock when I was leaving with my grandson so I did not get my service.

Tech was running 3 hours behind. Attempted to see my service was still in queue. Impossible to contact any one with your company. Frustrating!

The repair person who came was very polite, was very professional and explained to my wife how best to use the dryer to not have another recurrence of the dryer not drying. He was clear and concise.
