My machine now has other problems. There is not enough water going into the machine to wash the clothes. This may be due to the repairman using the door handle to try to pull the washer out. The door lock gave way, and spilled a lot of water out onto my floor. The door seems to be loose, and that may be why it is not filling with enough water. I put my bedspread thru 2 wash cycles, and it still had dry spots afterward. Also, the soap I added to the second run is still on the seal at the bottom of the door.

He left without coming in. He did not call my cell number and I left work to get here. He left and closed the case stating no entrance available. My son was here. I was here. I had a worker outside. No one saw him. I immediately called sears at 1:30 when he had not arrived or called and he had already closed the service call. HUGE COMPLAINT made on my end. ZERO STARS. A company that has lost ALL INTEGRITY!! And I state this after being let down and rerouted by them for four years now at least. I am done with this company.

This is the 2nd experience we have had with the same technician. He was curtious and quickly determined the problem. He then quoted at $2900 itemized repair estimate with parts costing $2400 of the $2900! This is outrageous and makes me wonder if Sears is over charging for parts or perhaps it is Electrolux? We then called electrolux customer service and explained the problem. They quickly agreed to send their technician for a cost of $340 that includes the cost of parts and labor. I think Sears needs to review it's service policies.

nice tech,didnt fix the cooling problen.went out to my garage frige and took temp and it was 31 degrees then came in and did the same with the LG that he looked at and it was 48degrees -unacceptable .going to call for a reinspection.

First the actual repair person comes from Sacramento not Jackson. He was actually ok and arrived on. He did not have the part but ordered it after I paid in full for the part and repair. I decided that I could do it myself, which I did and everything now works. I got the part from Amazon for a third of their cost for the part alone. Now I have to send the part back after I get, pay for the shipping, pay for the initial call, and wait two weeks to get the $400 back that they owe me. The good news is that my refrigerator is working 10 days sooner than they would have had it done. If they had done when they came out they would have had 4 stars because the guy was good. The price was not awful at first glance.

I had someone come out to fix a leak in my washing machine. It was not repaired and it seems like it maybe worse. I would not leave a bad review if it wasn't the first time this has happened (the same thing happened about 2 years ago) and if I could actually talk to an actual customer service agent instead of AI who is not able to look up my past service with my phone number for some reason. Worst repair situation in my opinion.

By far the worst experience. They sent 2 times the same person to fix our dryer and the guy does absolutely nothing but ask me to sign a page that the dryer has normal wear and tear and refuse to fix it. Closest to a scam service I came across.

Charged to clean a condenser that wasn’t dirty, on a fridge that is under warranty and still not cold. Said my thermometer was wrong i checked it again 3 others, so unless I have FOUR bad thermometers my fridge is 50 degrees
