Kibeom arrived early for my 8-12 appointment. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. Explained in layman's terms the problem with my freezer. He made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. I would highly recommend Kibeom to any of my friends.

Our technician, Ruben, gets 5 stars. He explained everything he was doing very well. He was very pleasant to work with and took care of the problem with our refrigerator. However, the scheduling system for Sears Appliance repair sucks. I requested an afternoon window, of 1pm to 5pm, because of a Doctor's appointment. Your system assigned an 8am to 9am arrival time. You need to work on getting appointments correct for customer convenience not company convenience.
