Our technician, Ruben, gets 5 stars. He explained everything he was doing very well. He was very pleasant to work with and took care of the problem with our refrigerator. However, the scheduling system for Sears Appliance repair sucks. I requested an afternoon window, of 1pm to 5pm, because of a Doctor's appointment. Your system assigned an 8am to 9am arrival time. You need to work on getting appointments correct for customer convenience not company convenience.

Very courteous and quick! I can’t stand easily and my son did the interactions and he was very patient! He’s autistic so I have him practice interactions! We have lights now and we can see! Extremely happy!

Scheduling the appointment was easy. The technician arrive during the requested time period. My partner and I had a miss communication and the technician was understanding and willing to circle back later in the day to repair our dishwasher problem. Kudos to our Tech. And to Sears.

Repairman was excellent. BUT the parts sat at our home for a month. Sears cancelled our appt saying we didn't have all the parts? Interesting, Rey arrived today, replaced the parts and everything is working great. Just sad we had to wait soo long when all the parts were here.
