I'm so glad I used the maintenance service for my washer and dryer. I was shocked to see how dirty they were when the service person showed me. I'm sure I saved myself from having to get a new washer.

Our Technician was superb. However the Sears scheduling tool and customer service number SUCK. I got a million texts that said I had not responded and was not confirmed and the #1 prompt to confirm did not work, would not send. Like 10 times. The emails had the phone number to call for "24/7 agents" and there was no option to talk to a person. I finally hit the "schedule a new repair" choice which I did not need and got "Habib" (who said his name was "John" of course) from God knows where that I could not understand and knew nothing. All he did was repeat everything I said. Horrible.
