We had to have some major repairs done on or Kenmore washer. Steve came out to do the work on it. He was professional, knew what he was doing, and explained everything that he was doing to me. He was held up, doing the job before mine. He called to let me know that he was running behind, and would that be ok. He informed me about 30 minutes before he came that he was on his way. We could have not asked for a better repair man to do the job. Now, having said that about your staff, I would like to express to you how difficult your automated system is. We got our appointment for a week out. The day before the appointment, we got a call telling us to confirm the appointment. But NO NUMBER WAS GIVEN TO CALL!!! Then, we got both a text, and an e-mail asking us to confirm the appointment. The e-mail then gave to option to either click on the button to reschedule the appointment, or the button to cancel the appointment. But THERE WAS NO BUTTON THE CLICK ON THE CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT. The text gave an address to click on to confirm the appointment. The address sent us to the SAME screen as the e-mail had. GUESS WHAT????? There were those same options.....Reschedule or cancel. BUT THERE WAS NO PLACE TO CONFIRM THE APPPOINTMENT. Because of this very, very, very confusing screen, we actually had one appointment cancelled because we did not CONFIRM IT. A very bad configured website.

I apparently have a rat problem!! Tony advise me on the better way to handle things so that the creature does not move in to the rest of my home. Unfortunately, I can see that I am going to have to replace my dishwasher. I appreciate Tony for not pulling the whole unit out, based on smells and more, so that I can have an exterminator come out and take care of things first.

Raymond explained that our washer is quite old. Since there were still parts to fix it we elected to pay the repair because we really like our old machine. We want to keep using it until it is no longer possible to fix it. Our choice.
