Steve came and installed a fan in our freezer. He and other Sears technicians have been here trying to solve this problem many Times. They are very sincere, and this has been a very difficult fix, but they have stuck with it, and I am hopeful that this fix the problem. I think Sears is quality company and I appreciate all of their technicians.
