Call me when you're late
Hameed worked fairly fast when he arrived HOWEVER he spent just as much time on the phone. PLUS I think a phone contact from him or Sears is warranted if you are going to be late. 4 hours is a long time to wait and then another 1 1/2 hours is extreme. The tracker does not update timely plus a voice whether human or AI is better.

My washing machine
The techs are good but the machine is what it is. Praying this time it will remain fixed. So far ok. Since this was the 4th visit we're hoping so. Don't believe it's your tech. I believe the machine issues are just that. Issues. But your techs are 👍🏻 great

My review
Hameed is a very courteous, polite, and competent technician and my refrigerator is running fine now. My only complaint is with the facemask he wears over his mouth and nose, and it obscures his face and makes it hard to understand what he is saying. In other words, it makes communication, both visual and audible, more difficult. Totally unnecessary.

This I believe this is the third visit through choice home warranty yes my system may be working in one part of house but not the other I live with this system the tech does not so not blaming sears but this is not right

Good
It was very good except for one day when you were supposed to come to our house and you never made it and you didn't phone to let us know. We live about 45 minutes from Darwin Way and had been there since 1:00.

Might still be an issue
The freezer is now colder than ever, but the fridge is not getting cold enough it appears another visit is required. Justice was very communicative and professional.

Did a good job
Needed a part that was supposedly replaced Last February. Buy the technician last February didn't leave the old one. Abdul didn't have the part. Rather than order, he found a part. Had someone drop it off and came back later. This was good because this appointment was rescheduled. The week before I waited four hours and nobody showed.

Good But Issue with Parts
While the service that was performed got the burner working properly again, the part that had been shipped to my address was the wrong part. Fortunately, Abdul had the correct part with him.
